Dulux Race to the King is the stunning walk, jog or run looped trail that sets off from and finishes at the home of the Sport of Kings, Goodwood Racecourse. 

Enjoy a route steeped in history and filled with testing climbs, rewarded by the breath-taking scenery of the South Downs, Kingley Vale Nature Reserve, Chichester Harbour (Area of Outstanding National Beauty) and the historic town of Arundel.

With 50km and 100km options, this is a challenge for all, inclusive of all ages, experience and fitness levels. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, patient plodder or weekend walker – choose to camp over the weekend or take on the full distance in one go. You’ll be inspired with every step you take.

Help for Heroes is an official Partner on this great challenge, and can offer you up to 79% discount on your charity registration fee!

AND you'll receive a FREE Help for Heroes Technical T-Shirt when you raise 50% (£225) of your fundraising target by 28 April 2023, to cover the cost of your place on the challenge. 

  • 50km option: £20 registration fee + £300 fundraising

  • 100km non-stop option: £30 registration fee + £500 fundraising

  • Weekender 2 days, camping, dinner and breakfast: £50 registration fee + £500 fundraising

After meeting the costs of your challenge, every penny you raise above this up to your total fundraising target (£500 due by 12 August 2023) and beyond, goes to help veterans and their families
