Through our Recovery College you can learn how to take control of things such as
These courses were designed by veterans and their families who have been through those very issues, in partnership with experts in those areas.
You can take our courses while you are being supported by other teams within the Charity. This might be Mental Health and Wellbeing or our Clinical Medical Services if you have an injury or illness.
You do not have to take any tests on the courses and there is no pass or fail. It’s just about giving you the skills and knowledge to have a happy, healthy and fulfilling life. It’s all completely free.
We offer three types of learning.
On Microsoft Teams, which are led by facilitators who help everyone get the most out of the sessions.
That you can work through at your own pace at whatever time suits you.
Is run face to face, and it helps veterans better understand and develop who they are as a person. It allows people to plan for an active, independent and fulfilling life. The course is run in Wiltshire and near Keswick in Cumbria.
